Gluten Free - Homemade Honey Mustard Recipe

This recipe takes about 20 minutes to make.

Ingredients:

  • 225g mustard seeds
  • 300ml white wine vinegar
  • 60ml honey
  • 2.5cm cinnamon stick

Directions:

  • place the mustard seeds, vinegar and cinnamon in a mixing bowl,
  • soak for 6-8 hours.
  • transfer mixture to a mortar and pestle together with the honey and pound until it becomes a stiff paste
  • adding a little vinegar if necessary.
  • transfer to the sterilized jars, cover and seal.
  • store in the fridge
