Gluten Free - Millet Porridge Recipe

This recipe makes 1 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving of Millet grain
  • 4 times water
  • agave syrup or apple juice
  • any dried fruit, or raisins as much as you like
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup of skim milk

Directions:

  • combine millet grain, water and milk in pan
  • bring to boil
  • cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • remove heat
  • add dried fruit and syrup
  • serve hot
