Gluten Free - Self-Raising Flour Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup arrowroot flour
  • 1/2 cup corn flour
  • 1 cup fine ground rice flour
  • 1 cup soy flour
  • 1 1/2 cup potato flour
  • 4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 2 tsp soda bicarbonate

Directions:

  • Sift all ingredients together for 3 times to get a thorough mix of flours and it is ready to be used.
