This recipe makes 6 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups rice flour
  • 1 2/3 cups potato starch
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered buttermilk
  • 3 tbsp egg substitute
  • 3/4 cup + 3 tbsp shortening

Directions:

  1. Whisk together all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add in the shortening and blend until no lumps appear.
  3. Keep in the refrigerator or the freezer for future use.
