This recipe takes about 20 minutes to make.
- 225g mustard seeds
- 300ml white wine vinegar
- 60ml honey
- 2.5cm cinnamon stick
- Place the mustard seeds, vinegar and cinnamon in a mixing bowl,
soak for 6-8 hours.
- Transfer mixture to a mortar and pestle together with the honey and pound until it becomes a stiff paste
adding a little vinegar if necessary.
- Transfer to the sterilized jars, cover and seal.
- Store in the fridge
