This recipe makes 1 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving of Millet grain
  • 4 times water
  • agave syrup or apple juice
  • any dried fruit, or raisins as much as you like
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup of skim milk

Directions:

  1. Combine millet grain, water and milk in pan.
  2. Bring to boil.
  3. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove heat.
  5. Add dried fruit and syrup.
  6. Serve hot.
