Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons of potato flour plus
  • enough white rice flour to make it up to 300g
  • 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum or Guar Gum

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until well blended.
  2. Store in an airtight container and re-mix well before using.
