This recipe takes about 15 minutes to make.
- 50g walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 2 peaches, diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons apple juice
- vanilla ice cream (dairy free)
- Place all ingredients (except ice cream and brandy) in a saucepan.
- Stirring constantly in low heat, do not bring the mixture to boil.
- Remove pan from heat, add in brandy.
- Pour topping over ice cream to serve.
