This recipe makes 6 servings.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups rice flour
- 1 2/3 cups potato starch
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered buttermilk
- 3 tbsp egg substitute
- 3/4 cup + 3 tbsp shortening
Directions:
- Whisk together all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add in the shortening and blend until no lumps appear.
- Keep in the refrigerator or the freezer for future use.
