This recipe makes 4 servings.


  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sorghum flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar


  1. Whip the eggs until frothy, then add in oil and milk and continue whipping until blend.
  2. Add in dry ingredients and mix until lumps are gone.
  3. Heat the pan on medium heat and coat with some oil.
  4. Pour in enough batter to cover pan thinly. Turn over when edges are golden brown.
  5. Remove immediately after a few seconds to avoid burning.
